The NORDIC BUSINESS HUB is a business park strategically located between Germany and Scandinavia – directly at exit 48 of the E47.
One of Denmark’s largest business parks is being built here on a generous area of around 900,000 square metres, in the immediate vicinity of the metropolises of Copenhagen and Hamburg. It takes only 1.5 hours to drive to Copenhagen and 2 hours to Hamburg.
The southern part of the site – a total of about 92,000 square metres – faces the city and offers space for hotels, offices, services and even terraced houses.
